hot fudge haze
i got together with some friends for sundaes on Sunday and my contribution was hot fudge. i found a great recipe out of The Quick Recipe cookbook by America's Test Kitchen (thank you, Nicole). a few basic ingredients and 20 minutes later i had superb hot fudge. i am a very picky hot fudge eater, but this passed all the tests. aaron and i have been eating the leftovers each night. hot fudge + vanilla = my favorite combo. let me know if you want the recipe!

I am always on the hunt for a good hot fudge recipe. I love that show by the way (America's Test Kitchen, and Cook's Country).
yes, i LOVE anything from America's Test Kitchen. I have two of their cookbooks (well, one is a bake book)and get the magazine Cook's Illustrated. All of their recipes are fantastic. No need to worry if they will turn out.
Is it in the Family Cookbook? I have that if so. Yum!
